2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

To use the kn88 platform, you must register a player account by providing a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and creating a password. Each individual may hold only one account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or under any alias — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party. kn88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify kn88 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Report suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] as soon as possible.
• kn88 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due-diligence checks (KYC) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. You agree to promptly supply any documentation requested, including government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.
• kn88 may close or suspend any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a material breach of these Terms.

Players must keep their registration details current. If your mobile number changes, you must update your account immediately. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may delay KYC verification and withdrawals.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

kn88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits to your kn88 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. kn88 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Deposits are generally credited to your kn88 account balance within minutes of a confirmed payment network transaction. In the event of a delay exceeding thirty minutes, contact kn88 support with your transaction reference.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds to the same kn88 account, except where kn88 support has approved an alternative method following identity verification.
• kn88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing large withdrawal amounts. "Large" thresholds may vary and will be communicated to the player where applicable.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

kn88 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin awards, and seasonal offers tied to Bangladesh's cricket calendar and cultural festivals such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and national holidays. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

6 Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

kn88 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potentially legal action:

• Exploitation of software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors on the kn88 platform. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable error may be voided regardless of when the error is discovered.
• Money laundering, including using the kn88 platform to deposit and withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring the origin of those funds, regardless of whether any actual gambling activity takes place.

kn88 cooperates with relevant authorities in investigations of fraud and financial crime. Where prohibited conduct is identified, kn88 may freeze account funds pending investigation and will not be obligated to release funds to a player under investigation.

7 Responsible Gaming

9 Limitation of Liability

This includes without limitation: loss of account funds due to unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain credential security; losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment network failures; and any loss of winnings attributable to a demonstrable game or pricing error which kn88 has voided in accordance with these Terms.

kn88 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. kn88 will use reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance but accepts no liability for losses arising from unavailability, however caused.

10 Amendments to These Terms

kn88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kn88 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes that materially affect player rights, kn88 may also notify registered players via the contact details held on their account, though such notification is not guaranteed in all cases.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the kn88 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must cease using kn88 and may request withdrawal of any real-money balance remaining in your account, subject to the withdrawal conditions in Section 4.
